Jet Lag

Travelling to another time zone can cause insomnia, irritability, a change in appetite and general tiredness – generally we call this collection of symptoms jet lag.

While there are no treatment for jet lag, we can help if you suffer from sleep disturbance as a result of it. Melatonin is a natural hormone the body produces to help with sleep. We can prescribe melatonin tablets as part pf our clinic.It will help regulate your sleep pattern.
